Section 1: Exchange Guidelines
At Sairi Wardrobe, we aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. We offer a flexible exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Parcel Integrity: Please refuse any delivery if the packaging appears damaged or the security seal has been tampered with.
- Eligibility Window: You may request a one-time exchange within 3 days of placing your order. Exchanges are only valid for items within the same product category.
- Product Condition: To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state with all price tags and the original invoice intact. We cannot accept items where care instructions have been neglected.
- Size Adjustments: For our Ready-to-Wear collection, size exchanges for the exact same article are available within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- Quality Inspection: All returns are thoroughly inspected at our central warehouse. If our Quality Control team determines an item has been used, altered, or mishandled, the exchange request will be declined.
- Exclusions: Please note that Accessories and Sale/Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Section 2: Refund Policy
- COD Orders: Yes, we offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Payment Card Refunds: If a refund is approved for a Credit/Debit card payment, the amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days. If the credit does not appear after this period, we recommend contacting your bank as processing times vary.
Section 3: Shipping & Logistics
- Standard Rates: A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
- Exchange Shipments: When returning an item for exchange, please courier the parcel to:Sairi Wardrobe > Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, 38000(Please clearly mention your Order Number on the package).
- Shipping Costs: If the exchange is due to a damaged, wrong, or incomplete delivery by Sairi Wardrobe, we will cover all shipping expenses. In all other instances, the customer is responsible for the return and reshipping costs.
Section 4: Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we track every shipment until it reaches your doorstep, we rely on third-party couriers for final delivery.
- Tracking: We monitor all dispatches to ensure a smooth transition.
