1. Is a member account required to shop? You are welcome to browse and purchase as a Guest. However, registering an account with Sairi Wardrobe offers several advantages:
- Faster and more efficient checkout.
- The ability to save multiple shipping addresses.
- Access to your complete order history.
- Real-time tracking of your order status.
2. What should I do if I forget my password? Don’t worry! Go to the login page and select “Forgot Your Password.” Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link with instructions to securely reset your credentials.
3. How do I update my personal details? Simply log in and visit the “My Account” section. From there, you can modify your shipping and billing addresses or update your password at any time.
Ordering & Shopping
4. How do I place an order online? Shopping with us is easy:
- Select your favorite dress, choose the desired size/color, and click “Add to Cart.”
- Review your selection in the pop-up and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Enter your delivery details (ensure your phone number and email are correct).
- Choose your preferred payment method and click “Place Order.”
5. How will I know if my order was successful? As soon as your order is confirmed, our system sends an automated Confirmation Email to the address you provided. This email includes your order number and a digital invoice/summary.
6. Why did an item in my cart become “Unavailable”? Adding a dress to your cart does not reserve it. Items remain available to all shoppers until the checkout process is fully completed. If an item sells out before you finish, you must remove it from your cart to proceed with the rest of your order.
Cancellations & Payments
7. Can I cancel my order? You can easily remove items from your cart while still browsing. However, once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel or modify it as it immediately moves to our processing stage. If you no longer want the items after they arrive, please follow our Returns Policy.
8. What payment methods do you accept? We offer several secure ways to pay:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within Pakistan only.
- Online Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard (Debit/Credit).
- Note: For COD, only pay the courier at the time of delivery. For prepaid orders, do not pay any extra cash to the rider.
9. What currency are the prices in? By default, all prices on our site are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the mandatory GST.
Shipping & Delivery
10. How long does shipping take?
- Within Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.
- International: 7 to 10 business days (post-verification).
11. Which couriers do you use?
- Local: We partner with Call Courier, Leopards, M&P, TCS, TRAX, and Swyft.
- International: We ship via DHL and FedEx.
12. How can I track my parcel? Once your order is dispatched, we will send a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on the respective courier’s website to see the real-time location of your package.
13. What happens if I miss the delivery? The courier will attempt to deliver your parcel up to two times. Please ensure your address and postal code are accurate. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our head office.
General Inquiries
14. Can I open the parcel before paying? For Cash on Delivery, the courier is not permitted to allow the parcel to be opened before payment is received. If you find any defect or damage after opening, please contact our helpline at +92 307 7168910 or email info@sairiwardrobe.com.
15. Do you offer gift wrapping? Currently, we do not offer specialized gift wrapping or additional shopping bags for online orders.
